Welcome to AllCottage Studio (“AllCottage”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, tools, batch costing calculations, and printable label generators located at allcotagore.my.id (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Description of the Service
AllCottage provides a specialized culinary micro-SaaS suite designed for artisanal home bakers, microbakeries, and cottage food operators across the United States. Key features include:
- Automated recipe batch costing and gross profit margin calculation.
- Pre-sorted ingredient net weight calculations for FDA 21 CFR 101.4 compliance.
- Client-side printable label generators calibrated for standard sticker formats (Avery #5163, #5164, square stickers, and thermal roll labels).
- A 50-state regulatory directory of cottage food statutes and mandatory disclaimer texts.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: AllCottage is an operational computational and formatting tool created to assist home bakers with batch math and label formatting. AllCottage does not provide legal, food safety, or regulatory certification advice.
- Baker Responsibility: Each cottage food operator is solely responsible for verifying the legal status of their food products, ingredients, packaging, and sales venues with their respective state department of agriculture, state department of state health services (e.g. Texas DSHS, California CDPH), and local county health jurisdictions.
- Non-TCS (Non-Potentially Hazardous) Verification: Most US cottage food exemptions apply exclusively to non-temperature-controlled-for-safety (non-TCS) baked goods. It is the operator’s sole duty to verify that goods (such as cheesecakes, custard pies, or meringue toppings) are lawful for home sale in their state.
- Allergen Accuracy: Under the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) and the FASTER Act, you must ensure that all major food allergens (Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans, and Sesame) are accurately identified and declared on your packaged goods.
4. Proprietary Recipe Rights & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership, trade secret rights, and copyrights to any recipe names, custom ingredient formulations, bakery logos, and notes you input into AllCottage. AllCottage does not claim any ownership over your culinary formulations.
The AllCottage website, user interface, brand assets, label formatting layout algorithms, and source code are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
5. Third-Party Advertising & Sponsored Links
The Service may display sponsored advertisements, affiliate links, and resource banners provided by third-party advertising partners (such as Adsterra). We do not control or endorse the content, policies, or products offered by third-party advertisers. Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and the third party.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLCOTTAGE, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BAKERY PROFITS, REGULATORY FINES, SPOILAGE, INGREDIENT COSTS, OR PRINTER MISALIGNMENT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
